Student physicals 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 7—any FWISD student can get $20 exam

On Saturday, Aug. 7, the PHS Band Boosters will be offering low-cost physicals to any FWISD student who needs them for band, football, middle school sports, etc. Cost is only $20. The exams are given by medical doctors who volunteer their time to the boosters. Please spread the word to other parents and students; the physicals are for ANY student in the FWISD. No appointment is necessary, but a few forms are required. Parents are encouraged but not required to attend the exam.
