Wrestling is a varsity program, with separate teams for girls and boys. The boys have won two consecutive district championships. The girls' team is entering its second year in existence, and has doubled the number of last year's participants.
Schedule Regular season begins with a triangular Meet (three teams) at Grand Prairie HS on Tuesday, Nov. 10, followed by weekend tournaments (Nov. 13-14) at Martin High (Boys) and Arlington High (Girls)-- both in Arlington. The first home match will be against South Grand Prairie on Monday, November 30. Practices are from 4-6 pm on weekdays (when there are no matches) in the Orchestra Room (107).
Wrestling is a popular sport thooughtout the United States, and is growing in Texas. Some local teams have placed high in the State rankings, and Paschal hopes to be among them soon, after winning two district championships!
