2009-2010 Update
One of our seniors earned a full academic and athletic scholarship!
(4 out of 6 graduating seniors in the last 2 years have been offered the opportunity to run in college)
We had one of the best track seasons for distance runners in the history of Paschal
Summer Running Plan
May
Boys: 25-30 miles per week/run at least 6 days per week/Long run 6-7 miles
Girls: 20-25miles per week/run at least 6 days per week/Long run 6 miles
June
Boys: 30-35 miles per week/run at least 6 days per week/Long run 7-8 miles
Girls: 25-30 miles per week/run at least 6 days per week/Long run 7 miles
July
The summer running begins 7am Monday, July 5 at Paschal.
Boys: 35-40 miles per week/run at least 6 days per week/Long run 8-9 miles
Girls: 30-35 miles per week/run at least 6 days per week/Long run 8 miles
Please complete core exercises as much as possible throughout the summer.
Complete athletic forms and physicals as soon as possible
